Getting my inspection booked in way so easy and fit in with my needs. On the day, Will was great. He called beforehand to keep me informed of his ETA and arrived as advised. Super friendly and was always on hand to explain every step being taken to ensure my needs were looked after. After, the report came through within a couple of days and was everything I needed. Absolutely fantastic service all around and really can't recommend them enough.
The survey was carried out, the person was very professional and helped me in understanding some further detail to some of the snags they were noting so that I could talk to the developers after. The report we’ve received is concise and clear and helps us, the buyers, have all the info we need to ask developers to get our house up to the right standard.

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly
I had a snagging survey performed on my new build before we completed. Will, carried out a thorough inspection on the property. The report was very easy to understand, with very clear, helpful photos and descriptions. I was extremely happy with my decision, to have an independent review done, as I would definitely have missed half of the items Will found.
The report was released very efficiently, within 24 hours. The site team manager even commented on how good Will’s report was, compared to other companies, buyers have used.
Since completing on our home, I have had many queries, on what I should expect from a new build home and looked to Will for advice. I know, this isn’t part of his job, but really wanted an impartial opinion and thought he would have seen many new builds to compare ours too. I know, he didn’t have to respond but I’m very grateful that he did. He has put my mind at rest on many issues and I hope our snagging list starts being shortened soon.
